2. Contract Formation

All product listings on XDolls24.com are non-binding offers. A binding purchase contract is established when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, false information, or suspected misuse.

3. Product Characteristics

All dolls and accessories offered are intended for adult entertainment and companionship purposes only. Product descriptions, measurements, and images are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur due to manual craftsmanship and manufacturing tolerances.

Each doll is a custom-made hygiene product produced individually according to the customer’s specifications.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Payment methods accepted:

• Bank Transfer (SEPA – Euro)
• Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments

Credit card and Stripe payments are currently unavailable. Orders will be processed once full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

As our dolls are custom-made hygiene products, the general EU right of withdrawal does not apply after production has begun or once the packaging seal has been broken. For exceptions and full details, please see our Right of Withdrawal policy.

7. Returns and Warranty

Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or transport damage. You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will replace or repair defective items at no cost after inspection.

Due to hygiene laws, used or opened products cannot be returned.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance of the product. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling and care of the product after delivery.

Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded unless required by law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts and disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all legal matters is Betzdorf, Germany.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original.
