At XDolls24.com, we understand the importance of fast, secure, and discreet delivery for our customers. This page explains our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and return conditions for hygiene and custom-made erotic products.

1. Shipping Information

We ship all products in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of content or branding on the outside box. Every package is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Processing Time

Each doll is made to order according to your custom specifications. Standard production time is 5–10 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Germany & EU countries: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 10–16 business days
  • Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia): 15–25 business days, depending on customs clearance

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. All shipments are insured for the full value of the product.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted global logistics partners such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and other certified couriers to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for all orders within the EU.
  • International shipping rates vary depending on destination and weight. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on local regulations. We always declare shipments discreetly as “silicone mannequin” or “TPE art figure” to ensure smooth customs clearance.

2. Returns Policy

Because our products are custom-built, intimate, and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept returns once a product has been manufactured, opened, or used.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted in the rare case of verified manufacturing defects or transport damage.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Exclusions

As stated in our Right of Withdrawal policy, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made dolls produced according to your specifications
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with removed hygiene seals

Return Procedure (If Approved)

In the rare event that a return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions by email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and insured for the full product value. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Refunds are made via the original payment method (Bank Transfer in Euro or Crypto via NOWPayments). Processing time may take up to 14 business days after return approval.

⚠️ Important Hygiene Notice

For health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after your doll has entered production or once packaging has been opened. Each doll is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold for sanitary reasons.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected].

For hidden damage, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package with detailed photos. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or repair.
