These terms apply to purchases placed through XDolls24.com. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

2. Adults only

The store sells adult products and is intended only for customers who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase such products in their location.

3. Product listings and contract

Product pages describe the currently offered model and base configuration. A customer submits an order through checkout. We may reject an order where payment cannot be confirmed, delivery is not legally or practically possible, or the order contains an obvious pricing or configuration error.

4. Stock and custom requests

Regular catalog products are listed as in stock unless a product page states otherwise. Optional special requests or custom configurations are handled separately and may require additional supplier handling time. We will confirm material changes to price or timing before fulfillment where required.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Euro unless the storefront states otherwise. Any tax treatment displayed during checkout is based on the store configuration applicable to the order. We do not make a blanket VAT-included claim where the checkout does not calculate VAT.

Payment is completed through EcomTrade24 Pay hosted checkout. Available methods can vary by country, amount and live routing availability. XDolls24 does not store full card credentials.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping is free worldwide for regular catalog orders. Delivery remains subject to destination availability, carrier acceptance, import restrictions and local law. Optional custom requests can add handling time. See Shipping & Returns.

7. Withdrawal, returns and hygiene

Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law. Separate legal exceptions may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications and, where the legal conditions are met, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed. Regular in-stock products are not automatically treated as custom-made.

8. Defects and transport damage

Please inspect the parcel promptly and contact support as soon as possible if it arrives damaged or the product appears defective. A request for prompt notification does not limit mandatory statutory warranty or defect rights.

9. Product care and use

Customers must follow the manufacturer care, cleaning, storage and safety instructions. Normal material variation and manufacturing tolerances can occur.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law

German law applies where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's habitual residence remain unaffected where they apply.
