XDolls24 offers free standard shipping worldwide for regular catalog products. A destination can still be unavailable where a carrier, import rule, sanctions rule, adult-product restriction or local law prevents delivery.

In-stock catalog

Regular catalog dolls are listed as in stock unless the product page says otherwise. The estimated dispatch window shown on a product page is handling time before carrier handover, not manufacturing time.

Custom requests

Special customer requests or non-standard configurations can require additional supplier handling. If a custom request materially changes price or timing, it should be confirmed before fulfillment.

Discreet packaging

Orders use neutral outer packaging without explicit adult imagery on the outside. Tracking information is provided when available after carrier handover.

Customs and destination rules

International deliveries can be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions or destination-specific charges imposed by authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product may legally be imported and possessed at the delivery destination.

Returns
