How to Order at XDolls24 (Crypto-Only)
This page explains, step by step, how to place an order on XDolls24.com using cryptocurrency only. Our store is designed for customers who prefer discreet, bank-free payments and neutral, plain-box shipping.

1. Choose Your Doll
Browse our categories and product pages to find your ideal doll. Each product page contains:
- Body type, height, weight and measurements
- Material information (TPE or silicone)
- Available head styles, eye color and hair options
- Estimated production and shipping times
Take your time to review all details carefully. Our dolls are custom-made hygiene products, which means once production starts, the order can no longer be cancelled (see Right of Withdrawal).
2. Configure Options & Add to Cart
On the product page, select the available options (such as height, bust type, wig colour or eye colour). When you are satisfied with your configuration, click:
“Add to cart”
You can repeat this process if you wish to add more products to the same order (e.g. accessories or a second doll).
3. Review Your Cart
Open your cart and review:
- The correct model and configuration
- The total price in EUR (for reference)
- Any applied discounts or promotions
If something is incorrect, adjust the quantity or remove items before continuing.
4. Enter Your Shipping Details
Proceed to the checkout page and enter:
- Your full name (for delivery)
- Shipping address (street, house number, ZIP/postcode, city, country)
- Valid email address for order confirmation and tracking updates
- Optional: phone number for the carrier (if required in your country)
The email address must be valid, as all communication about your order (invoice, payment status, shipping confirmation and tracking) will be sent to this address.
5. Select “Pay with Crypto”
On the payment step, choose:
“Pay with cryptocurrency”
Our crypto gateway supports several major coins (for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and other popular assets). The exact list of supported currencies is shown on the payment page.
6. Receive Your Crypto Invoice
After confirming your order details, the system generates a crypto invoice. You will see:
- The exact amount to pay in your selected cryptocurrency
- The payment address (wallet address or QR code)
- The time window in which the payment must be made
- Your order or invoice reference
The EUR price shown in the shop is used as a reference. The crypto amount is calculated automatically based on the real-time exchange rate at the moment the invoice is created.
7. Pay from Your Wallet or Exchange
Open your personal crypto wallet (or the withdrawal section of your exchange) and send the exact amount to the wallet address shown on the invoice page.
- Always double-check the wallet address and amount before sending.
- Do not change the network. Use the network shown on the invoice.
- Make sure to send the funds within the given time window to avoid invoice expiration.
Once the payment is broadcast to the blockchain, you will see a pending status on the payment page.
8. Payment Confirmation on the Blockchain
The crypto gateway automatically monitors the blockchain for your transaction. Depending on the coin and the network load, confirmations may take from a few minutes to over an hour.
As soon as the payment has the required number of confirmations:
- The invoice is marked as Paid.
- Your order in our system is updated to “Paid / In production queue”.
- You receive an email confirmation summarizing your order and payment status.
9. Production, Quality Check & Discreet Shipping
After your payment is confirmed, the following steps take place:
- Your doll enters the production queue or is prepared from stock.
- Our partner studio performs a quality check for damage or defects.
- The doll is packed in a plain, unbranded box with neutral sender details.
- The parcel is handed over to a trusted logistics partner.
When the shipment leaves the warehouse, you receive a separate email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
10. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (Crypto Only)
Because our dolls are custom-made hygiene products, cancellations and returns are legally restricted. Please refer to our detailed:
In the rare case of an approved refund (for example due to a confirmed factory defect before use), any refund will be processed in cryptocurrency only.
The refund amount is usually based on the original EUR value of your order and converted back to crypto at the current rate, minus any non-refundable network or processing fees.
11. Common Questions
Do I need my own crypto wallet?
Yes. You can pay either from a personal wallet or from your exchange account, as long as you can send funds to an external wallet address on the correct network.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
The exact list of supported coins (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT and others) is shown on the invoice page. Support may change over time depending on our payment processor.
What happens if my payment is late or underpaid?
If the payment is not received within the specified time frame, the invoice may expire. In this case, please place a new order or contact our support. Underpaid invoices are usually flagged by the gateway; we may ask you to send the remaining amount or clarify the situation manually.
Is my order linked to my identity on the blockchain?
Blockchain transactions are public, but they do not contain your name or address. We only receive the transaction data necessary to verify your payment. Your personal details are stored separately and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
