How to Order at XDolls24 (PayPal, Card, Revolut & Crypto)

This page explains, step by step, how to place an order on XDolls24.com using our secure MalumPay checkout. You can pay with PayPal, credit/debit card, Revolut Pay and other supported methods – and you can still choose cryptocurrency if you prefer.

1. Choose Your Doll

Browse our categories and product pages to find your ideal doll. Each product page contains:

  • Body type, height, weight and measurements
  • Material information (TPE or silicone)
  • Available head styles, eye color and hair options
  • Estimated production and shipping times

Take your time to review all details carefully. Our dolls are custom-made hygiene products, which means once production starts, the order can no longer be cancelled (see Right of Withdrawal).

2. Configure Options & Add to Cart

On the product page, select the available options (such as height, bust type, wig colour or eye colour). When you are satisfied with your configuration, click:

“Add to cart”

You can repeat this process if you wish to add more products to the same order (e.g. accessories or a second doll).

3. Review Your Cart

Open your cart and review:

  • The correct model and configuration
  • The total price in EUR
  • Any applied discounts or promotions

If something is incorrect, adjust the quantity or remove items before continuing.

4. Enter Your Shipping Details

Proceed to the checkout page and enter:

  • Your full name (for delivery)
  • Shipping address (street, house number, ZIP/postcode, city, country)
  • Valid email address for order confirmation and tracking updates
  • Optional: phone number for the carrier (if required in your country)

The email address must be valid, as all communication about your order (invoice, payment status, shipping confirmation and tracking) will be sent to this address.

Privacy Note: Your personal data is used only to process and ship your order, and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Select Your Payment Method (MalumPay)

On the payment step, you will be redirected to our secure MalumPay checkout. There you can choose your preferred payment method, for example:

  • PayPal
  • Credit/debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard – depending on availability)
  • Revolut Pay
  • Other local payment options (may vary by country and currency)
  • Cryptocurrency (for customers who prefer to pay with crypto)

Your payment is processed directly by MalumPay. XDolls24.com does not store your card or PayPal details.

6. Complete PayPal, Card, Revolut or Local Payment

After selecting your method, follow the on-screen instructions:

  • For PayPal: log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
  • For credit/debit card: enter your card details and any required 3D Secure/OTP verification.
  • For Revolut Pay: confirm the payment via your Revolut app or as instructed.
  • For other methods: follow the steps shown by MalumPay (for example local wallets or regional providers).

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will be redirected back to XDolls24.com and see an order confirmation page.

7. Optional: Pay with Cryptocurrency via MalumPay

If you choose cryptocurrency inside the MalumPay checkout, a crypto payment request will be generated. You will see:

  • The exact amount to pay in your selected cryptocurrency
  • The payment address (wallet address or QR code)
  • The time window in which the payment must be made
  • Your order or invoice reference

Open your personal crypto wallet (or the withdrawal section of your exchange) and send the exact amount to the address shown. Use the correct network and complete the payment within the specified time frame.

Important: If you send a smaller amount than required or use the wrong network, the payment may be marked as underpaid or invalid. In this case, please contact us with your transaction ID so we can manually review the situation together with the payment provider.

8. Payment Confirmation & Order Status

MalumPay automatically confirms your payment. For card, PayPal or Revolut payments, this usually happens within seconds. Crypto payments may require additional network confirmations.

As soon as the payment is confirmed:

  • Your order in our system is updated to “Paid / In production queue”.
  • You receive an email confirmation summarizing your order and payment status.

9. Production, Quality Check & Discreet Shipping

After your payment is confirmed, the following steps take place:

  • Your doll enters the production queue or is prepared from stock.
  • Our partner studio performs a quality check for damage or defects.
  • The doll is packed in a plain, unbranded box with neutral sender details.
  • The parcel is handed over to a trusted logistics partner.

When the shipment leaves the warehouse, you receive a separate email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

Discreet Packaging: There is no visible reference to dolls, adult products or XDolls24 on the outside of the box. The label uses neutral company information to protect your privacy.

10. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our dolls are custom-made hygiene products, cancellations and returns are legally restricted. Please refer to our detailed:

In the rare case of an approved refund (for example due to a confirmed factory defect before use), refunds are usually processed via the original payment method wherever possible (PayPal, card, Revolut or crypto).

The refund amount is normally based on the original EUR value of your order. For crypto payments, the amount is converted back to cryptocurrency at the current rate, minus any non-refundable network or processing fees from the payment provider.

11. Common Questions

Do I need a PayPal account or credit card?

No specific method is mandatory. You can choose between PayPal, credit/debit card, Revolut Pay, selected local methods or cryptocurrency, depending on what is available in your country and supported by MalumPay.

Which payment methods are supported exactly?

The exact list of supported methods is shown on the MalumPay checkout page and may change over time. Typically this includes PayPal, major credit/debit cards, Revolut Pay and popular local options, plus several cryptocurrencies.

Is my order and payment data secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by MalumPay over encrypted connections. We do not store your full card or PayPal login data on XDolls24.com. We only receive the information needed to confirm that your payment was successful and to link it to your order.

Do I still need my own crypto wallet?

Only if you choose to pay with cryptocurrency. In that case you can pay from a personal wallet or from your exchange account, as long as you can send funds to an external wallet address on the correct network.
