Good care protects the surface, joints and appearance of a real doll. Always prioritize the care instructions supplied for the exact model and material.

Cleaning

Use material-compatible products, avoid harsh solvents and keep internal metal components and electrical options dry where the manufacturer requires it.

Drying

Dry the surface and cavities thoroughly after cleaning. Trapped moisture can cause odor and material problems.

Storage

Store the doll away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, sharp pressure points and surfaces that may transfer color. Heavier dolls need stable support.

TPE and silicone

Care requirements can differ. Do not automatically use a TPE product on silicone or vice versa without checking compatibility.
